iQOO Pad to be launched on May 23 with 12.1-inch 2.8K 144Hz display, Dimensity 9000+ SoC, up to 12GB RAM

iQOO has confirmed the launch of its first tablet the iQOO Pad in China along with the iQOO Neo8 series on May 23rd. The company has posted a teaser video that shows the tablet’s metal body with Dimensity 9000+ SoC, a connector at the back for the keyboard dock, and dual rear cameras with LED flash.

According to leakster Digital Chat Station, this tablet will have almost similar specifications as the vivo Pad 2 that was introduced last month. It has a 12.1-inch 2.8K LCD panel with a 144Hz refresh rate, a 13MP primary rear camera along with 2MP macro camera, and an 8MP front-facing selfie camera.

It will be powered by a 10000mAh battery that supports 44W fast charging. It should also support a stylus. The online listing reveals that the tablet will be available in 8GB+128GB, 8GB+256GB, 12GB+256GB, and 12GB+512GB models.

The price of the vivo Pad2 was starting at 2399 yuan (US$ 341 / Rs. 28,170 approx.) for 8GB RAM with a 128GB  storage model, but this iQOO pad is said to be cheaper. We should know more details and the exact price of the tablet when it goes officially launched next week.
