HTC Desire 728 Dual-SIM arrives in India for Rs. 17,990

HTC has launched another device in the Desire series in India. The Desire 728 Dual-SIM was announced in China last year, packing a 5.5-inch 720p HD display running on a MediaTek MT6753 octa-core processor with 2GB RAM, 16GB expandable storage running Android 5.1 Lollipop based Sense UI.

The Desire 728 variant coming to India is a dual-SIM 4G LTE capable device with nano-SIM slots. It has a 13MP rear camera with f/2.2 aperture and BSI sensor. There is a 5MP camera in the front as well which too is capable of recording 1080p videos. HTC's signature BoomSound speakers make an appearance here as well with Dolby Audio support.

HTC has packed a 2800 mAh battery on the Dual-SIM Desire 728. There isn't anything unique with the new Desire smartphone, more run of the mill stuff at an exorbitant price point. Something HTC hasn't learned yet, is pricing for India.

HTC is bringing the Desire 728 Dual-SIM to India priced at Rs. 17,990 and will be available in Purple Myst and White Luxury colors. You will be able to get it through all major retailers in a couple of weeks.
