HMD Pulse and Pulse Pro Images Surfaced Online with Center punch-hole Display, Rectangular Camera Module

HMD is preparing for the release of its own-branded smartphones, set to launch in India and other global markets. The upcoming Pulse series of smartphones has made its appearance online, courtesy of @OnLeaks. The lineup consists of two smartphones: the HMD Pulse and Pulse Pro. These renders and anticipated specifications indicate that the Pulse series will serve as the company's entry-level device range.

Both devices showcase a similar design language, featuring rounded edges, a center punch-hole selfie camera, a rectangular camera module on the rear, and the prominent HMD logo at the center. Notably, the Pulse boasts a slimmer chin compared to the Pulse Pro, which sports a larger chin and selfie cutout.

The HMD Pulse Pro is distinguished by its textured finish back and is projected to offer an HD+ (1480 × 720 pixels) screen with a 90Hz refresh rate. It is expected to house a 50MP + 2MP (depth) camera setup at the rear, along with a 50MP front camera, Unisoc T606 SoC, and a 5000mAh battery. Additionally, the device may include a 3.5mm headphone jack and come with IP52 dust and water resistance.

On the other hand, the HMD Pulse is anticipated to feature a plain back panel, the same HD+ screen, a 13MP primary rear camera, and a 5000mAh battery. It will be available in blue, black, and pink color options.

The pricing of the HMD Pulse Pro is estimated to be around EUR 179 (approximately Rs. 15,911), while the Pulse is likely to be priced lower than the Pro variant. More details regarding these phones are expected to emerge in the coming weeks.
