Gionee Elife E5 launched with 4.8-inch HD display, 1.5 GHz quad-core processor for Rs. 19999

Gionee has launched Elife E5, the company's new device in the Elife series for Rs. 19999. The E5 features a 4.8-inch 720p Super AMOLED Plus display and is powered by a 15.GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6589T processor. The Elife E5 runs Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean and packs an 8-megapixel primary camera with BSI Sensor, LED Flash and capable of 1080p recording. There's also a 5MP front facing camera on the Gionee E5 which has a wide-angle lens to capture more area. 

Once of the most striking features of the Elife E5 is that its just 6.85mm thick making it one of the thinnest smartphones available in India. In terms of multimedia features the Gionee Elife E5 features DTS and 3D surround sound. The Elife E5 has 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, but the storage is non-expandable. The E5 has a single micro SIM card slot.

The Gionee Elife E5 has a 2000 mAh battery, and will be available in White, Graphite Black and Yellow colors at the price of Rs. 19,999.
