OPPO phone appeared on Geekbench listing with MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC, 16GB RAM

OPPO phone bearing the model number PHZ110 has made an appearance on Geekbench 6, showcasing its compatibility with the upcoming MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC. According to the listing, it achieved a single-core score of 2139 and a multi-core score of 7110.

This particular phone is rumored to be a prototype of the Find X7 and boasts 16GB of RAM, operating on the Android 14 platform. Further details suggest that the Dimensity 9300 employs a 1+3+4 architecture, featuring a Cortex-X4 Prime core with a clock speed of up to 3.25 GHz, three Cortex X4 Performance cores operating at 2.85GHz, and four Cortex A720 power-efficient cores running at 2GHz. Additionally, it incorporates the Immortalis G720 MC12 GPU.

Despite its impressive multi-core score, the single-core performance of the OPPO device falls short in comparison to the purported Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, which was reportedly spotted on Geekbench 6 within the Galaxy S24 Ultra (SM-S928U).

Allegedly operating on a 1+5+2 architecture, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 is rumored to integrate 1 Prime Cortex-X4 CPU core clocked at 3.3GHz, 3 Performance Cortex-A720 CPUs running at 3.15GHz, 2 Performance Cortex-A720 CPUs at 2.96GHz, and 2 Efficiency Cortex-A520 CPUs functioning at 2.27GHz.

According to information from the leaker Digital Chat Station, the standard version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 is expected to receive a boost in CPU frequency. Reports also indicate a 35% increment in GPU performance for the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 in the Galaxy series.
