CREO announces spare parts pricing for the Mark 1, in a move to keep transparency
CREO, a Bangalore based consumer technology company, recently launched its flagship smartphone Mark 1 in India. The company claimed that they have over 106 registered service centres at present and in near future there will be over 300.
The company has taken a major step forward towards maintaining transparency for its customers who visit the service centres by releasing a price list of all the components available. You can find the list of authorized service centres for the Creo Mark 1 here.
They have even launched a dedicated helpline number, 18002082736, for any query or to complaint against a service centre if they quote a different price.

The labor cost for repair will be Rs. 300 along with the per item cost.
Speaking on the company’s after sale service and its transparency, Sai Srinivas, CEO and Co-Founder, CREO, said,
It is imperative for us to provide a seamless aftersales services to CREO Mark 1 users. Extending the core value of transparency, we have revealed the price list for the Mark 1 spare parts. Going further, we also plan to extend the service-centre coverage to 300 centres across India.
