ASUS ROG Phone 5 Appeared on the TENAA With Key Specifications and Live Images

Asus is planning to introduce its upcoming flagship 5G smartphone ASUS ROG 4/5, which is the successor of the ROG Phone 3 that was launched back in June last year. The phone has already acquired the NCC certification, and 3C certification recently. Now, the Asus ROG Phone 4/5 has appeared on the TENAA certification database and the launch could happen anytime soon.

The TENAA certification reveals the Asus ROG Phone 4/5 with the model number Asus_I005DA and confirms a few specifications as well. The device will feature a 6.78-inch display that probably could also have a 144Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ support. The ROG Phone 4/5 will works on the latest based Zen UI based on Android 11 and the battery capacity of the device will be 5960/6000mAh that will support 65W fast charging. The measure 172.83×77.2×10.2mm in terms of dimensions.

    

According to the rumors, the ROG Phone 4/5 will be powered by the latest Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 888 processor with an integrated 5G modem, LPDDR5 RAM, and UFS 3.1 storage. As per the images, it has a triple rear camera setup with the main primary camera consisting of a 64MP sensor. The device also appeared in hands-on images, giving us a glimpse from all the angles.

The biggest leaks suggest that the company might skip the ROG Phone 4 moniker and might go with the ROG Phone 5 name for the upcoming device. We should know more details and the full specifications of the phone in the coming weeks.
