OnePlus Nord CE4 launching in India on April 1st with 6.7-inch FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED display, 8GB RAM, 100W fast charging

OnePlus already announced the launch date of the upcoming OnePlus Nord CE4, the latest addition to the Nord CE series, scheduled for April 1st in India. Alongside this announcement, the company revealed that the device will be powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC.

Additionally, OnePlus disclosed that the Nord CE4 will debut in Dark Chrome color, a continuation of OnePlus's signature dark hues featuring a subtle glossy gradient. Drawing inspiration from the special edition OnePlus 11 Marble Odyssey, it will also introduce Celadon Marble, boasting premium and elegant texture-based designs.

In the buildup to the launch, OnePlus has been gradually unveiling more details about the Nord CE4. The device is set to feature 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM, expandable by an additional 8GB through virtual RAM, alongside RAM-Vita technology. This innovation aims to ensure a seamless multitasking experience, capable of retaining over 15 different apps in memory simultaneously.

Moreover, the Nord CE4 will offer 256GB of internal storage, expandable up to 1TB. It will support 100W SUPERVOOC charging, enabling a rapid charge from 1% to 100% in just 29 minutes, mirroring the performance of the Nord 12R. The phone will boast a 6.7-inch Fluid AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a screen-to-body ratio of 93.4%.

Departing from the conventional keynote format, OnePlus has collaborated with stand-up comedian Rohan Joshi to infuse significant entertainment value into the launch event. This unique approach aims to captivate the audience throughout the duration of the event, with a teaser already released to provide a glimpse of what to expect.

To offer enthusiasts a firsthand experience of this new format, OnePlus will host exclusive watch parties at 20 select venues across the country on April 1st, allowing community members and RCC (Red Cable Club) participants to celebrate the occasion together. Further details will be communicated through the OnePlus Community forum closer to the launch date.
